Learn more about the main charity providing medical aid in the Peruvian Amazon at: www.ProjectAmazonas.org
A new floating hospital is being built to serve the needs of remote and under-served villages in the Peruvian Amazon. This steel-hull boat will be able to house 16 medical personnel, and will have dedicated dental, minor surgery, and pharmacy rooms, as well as attending rooms.
AidJoy provides Project Amazonas with the training, technology, media, and marketing they need to raise awareness and funding for the dire problems they have been dedicated to helping since 1994.
Together we are solving dire medical problems in the Amazon.

"I look down side streets of dusty hard clay, lined with thatched roof domiciles void of walls. The smoke of the cook fires makes me hungry. I want to see it, touch it and taste the Amazon."
